2. Description of Service

Tracely.cc provides distributed system observability and tracing services, including but not limited to:

  • Distributed trace collection and analysis
  • Performance monitoring and visualization
  • RAG system and AI agent workflow tracing
  • System diagnostics and bottleneck identification

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan:

  • Charges are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your trace data. By using the Service, you grant us the right to process and store your data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Data loss due to system failures
  • Third-party service disruptions

Enterprise customers receive SLA guarantees as specified in their agreements.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tracely.cc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Beta Features

Beta features are provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue beta features at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracely.cc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tracely.cc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tracely.cc operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
